In the Greater Miami Area there are a number of Miami Restaurants that has made a name for themselves. Some of these restaurants have been around for many years, while others were created specifically as restaurants for a specific market. Some of the Miami’s best restaurants and executive chef chefs have come from the Greater Miami Area. Here are some of our favorites:
Benihana on Biscayne Bay: This restaurant has been a top notch Miami dining spot for a number of years. The food is terrific, but the crowd can be difficult to handle. This is one of the new restaurants that have popped up in the area. Ownership is new, and chef Mario Cantina is keeping this restaurant fresh with interesting food, interesting drinks and beautiful portions. The bar area is larger than many of the other Miami restaurants, which means you may want to order more than just one drink at night.
Gables: This is a great place to eat and to relax at. There are many different Miami restaurants where you can have lunch or dinner. Many Miami restaurants that offer gourmet meals also serve amazing appetizers and cocktails. If you are looking for a cool place to have lunch or dinner with a high level of service, this is the spot for you. You won’t find many complaints about this Miami Restaurant.
Coral Gables: This is one of the Miami restaurants that most people have not tried. The price point is very friendly, but the food and service are simply fabulous. Service is always quick, the prices are reasonable, and the overall experience is extremely enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a cool and casual Coral Gables experience without breaking the bank.
Participating restaurants: This is a newer addition to Miami and offers some delicious options right on the waterfront. The price point is higher than other participating restaurants, but the quality of the food and service has not been compromised. Just be prepared to pay a bit more. This is a great option if you are looking for an exquisite waterfront dining experience, with great views of the water. If you enjoy fine food at an inexpensive price, this is the place for you. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the market for fine dining without breaking the bank.
Zhen Wei Beach Club: One of the newest dining destinations in Miami, this restaurant sits on the boardwalk right near the ocean. It is located between Coral Gables and Biscayne Bay, on the Miami boardwalk. It offers a variety of cuisine from Asian to Caribbean to Mediterranean. There is almost never a bad dish here, and the prices are very affordable. This is definitely a restaurant you want to check out if you are passing through Coral Gables. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and it would make a great lunch stop or dinner date idea if you are in the mood for something different.
Flanigan: While it is not on the ocean, this restaurant does have amazing ocean views and a fantastic menu. The chefs here are from Spain, so expect excellent fresh seafood and a variety of dishes that will please most palates. For the most part, everything is priced fairly, which is a bonus. They also offer some wonderful red wine and beer selections as well. The prices are very reasonable, and this is a wonderful option if you are traveling with children. There is typically a kid’s menu with some delightful kid-friendly options.
If you want to enjoy great food at an affordable price, these are just some of the choices that you have. With great food, great views of the ocean, and reasonable prices, you can enjoy dining at Miami restaurants for less in brickell and Coral Gables. If you are planning a trip to Miami, these are definitely some of the restaurants you should consider.
