I went to Area 31 for my birthday and unfortunately didn’t have a reservation. Martin, the manager shared there were no outside tables available but worked quickly to find me one inside that could accommodate my group. Just as we were about to be seated he said he may be able to work something out for us to sit outside due to a cancellation. It was the best surprise to be able to have dinner with friends with downtown Miami as your backdrop. Thank you Martin for making my birthday dinner extra special.

This type of eatery was great for my father. I’m sure I’ll save this restaurant’s phone number in case I need to make a reservation. They are attempting to provide us with the finest service possible, which exceeds our expectations. The dining room was enormous! Excellent service and value. So, thank you very much to everyone!

The food is good, but you mostly pay for the view let’s be real. Unfortunately when I went for brunch, they were remodeling the terrace, so they sat me down near a window. The food was good and the mimosas are overpriced so I was left with a pretty good date but the bill was hefty for two plates and some drinks.

Not impressed at all! DISCLAIMER: Granted my sisters and I came with our club attire on but I called in advance to ensure there was no dress code and they said no! I did not expect to be judge by my appearance like that, the restaurant must have thought we were low class or something! I was only attempting to treat my sister to a roof top dinner ! Let’s start from the beginning! When we came there we were greeted by a beautiful host with a nasty attitude. I told her I wanted a seat close to the edge of the roof and I was willing to wait! She rolled her eyes and deliberately sat other people before us! When I got her attention she said I’m sorry I don’t have no tables ! So after a hour I told her it doesn’t matter we’re hungry! So she sat us and man when we got up stairs it was three empty edge tables and two couples that came in after us had gotten an edge table! AT THIS POINT I WAS LIVID! I ask the waiter for the manager, I explained everything that happened how I wasn’t pleased, plus the fact that was my sisters birthday dinner which is the partially ruined! So he apologized and offered our tales drinks on him, which was a nice gesture! But when I came to getting bill he lied ! There was 60$ worth of drinks on my bill! However, the food was amazing! But, between bad customers service and false promises I would never recommend this restaurant!

This restaurant is amazing for events! I hosted a fancy graduation party for my sister in their back room that fits 20 people. The service, food, and ambiance was spectacular! From the moment I contacted their events team they were friendly, attentive, and answered all of my questions. Till this day, everyone who attended the party is talking about how great the food and venue was. I definitely recommend hosting an event at Dolores Lolita!

Quaint rooftop bar and restaurant. Food is good, not great, and drinks are small pour but you’ll have a great time with friends. Waitstaff is also good, friendly, but could be more attentive. Only rating 4 stars because the experience was good but the management has room for improvement.

This bar is so much fun! Expect a mixed crowd, diverse music, and a ton of people who are ready to sing and have fun! It’s not very big so don’t expect a place to sit down. But do expect to bring positive energy and have it returned to you from the wonderful crowd and karaoke DJ! Definitely worth a try.

This place is my heaven place… I feel more myself than in any other bar. I’m not local, but this place makes me feel local. I have always been a person who like to express her feelings through music and I have been able to express them through here. No matter the mood, I always end up having a good time.

It amazes me how extraordinarily personable and friendly every single person that works here is compared to the neighborhood it’s in. I don’t know how they manage to pull this one off! I’ve been here several times and last night was no exception to a truly perfect experience. They are so nice! So genuine! The food is phenomenal, all of it! I’ve been to other Flemings restaurants also and the food is simply much better here which also makes no sense to me! This place is 10 stars and congratulations to the general manager and head chef that truly are stand outs.

Been visiting this location just a few blocks from home for over two years now. Everything is spot-on – the food is delicious, the service is excellent, the attention to detail is on point: it’s all there! My latest experience last night only reinforces these sentiments. I always order the truly *awesome* tomahawk steak with a Pittsburgh char. Yesterday the piece of meat was a bit on the fatty side – it’s no one’s fault – no one can x-ray a large steak to see what lies within, right? (FYI: It was still cooked to *PERFECTION*) The manager, Ramon immediately insisted on cooking another steak. He even went so far as to offer new sides so they were equally as fresh as the newly cooked steak. And our server Heidi took AMAZING care of us from the moment we were seated – she went out of her way to explain the tasting menu and wine pairings, made excellent suggestions and not a single thing slipped by her. That, in a nutshell, is Fleming’s in Brickell – fantastic food, lovely ambience and a level of customer service and genuine kindness that you just don’t find very often. Treat yourself to a truly great meal at Fleming’s next time you’re in Miami. It’s as good as it gets.

Our waiter and the manager were truly so kind to us! The attention that we got was very personal and it made our engagement so special. They brought us champagne, gave us a card, and printed a photo of us! And the food/drinks were AMAZING! I am so glad that we chose to celebrate at Fleming’s in Brickell! And we will be back during our next trip for sure!

What a great night. Me and my wife went out to hear music and dance to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. We loved the food service and atmosphere. The band Radio performed and they were amazing. We spoke to the band during an intermission to tell them that their music was awesome and how they were making our special night great. When Radio went back on stage they made an announcement about our special night and dedicated the song Angel by Shaggy from me to my wife. How nice that was. This is a great place to go if you are little older and don’t need to go to the crazy clubs. To the staff of Blue Martini and to the band Radio thanks for a great night.

The check was delivered in record speed than the food and the cocktail. I do not get it. Place and people great vibe but service lacked. So called hand sawed steak was actually machine cut steak. Not impressed!!! Steak was U.S. Commercial quality meaning Low Quality. I have no problem paying for high quality steak but I would not offer this to my dog. My dog would sniff it and say please you can do better. Cocktails were constantly delayed no attention to details. Will I return, need to think about it

Not only is it priced for a captive market, but this head chef and I have nothing in common. The burger just didn’t bleed juice like a rare burger should. On the charcuterie platter: the duck was over peppered, the lamb ham was too smokey, the homemade pickles were too sweet. The best thing was the cheddar, it crumbled from it’s own weight and the dry savory flavors exploded on my tongue. The waiter advertised a 45 day dry aged USDA Prime rib eye from a genetically modified cow. Unfortunately, for my budget, such an experience is worth some research, and this chef is just not for me.

We just celebrated our 10-year anniversary here and had a wonderful dinner. The steak was amazing, as were the brussel sprouts. My husband and I came on Saturday 8/7. We made reservations via open table for 8:30 PM. We arrived about 8:34. The hostess tells us that the “kitchen has prevented them from seating more guests temporarily and it’ll be a 20 minute wait”. Okay fine. We decide to wait the 20 minutes. Thirty minutes later my husband asks her how much longer, that we had already waited 30 minutes and she says 5 more minutes. At this point she is seating various parties around us, including a couple that arrived AFTER we did. As my husband starts to call other establishments they finally tell us they are ready for us almost 50 minutes after our arrival time. I gave the establishment 2 stars because we were seated at a great booth table and our waiter was very attentive. The food was tasty as well. The front of house staff sets the tone for a clients experience and sadly we were extremely turned off by being strung along with a wait time. Should’ve either been honest about the wait time or came over and let us know it would wind up being longer that they expected. Disappointing.

I plan on going back to Toro Toro next month and one of the things I’m looking forward to is running into Victor at the bar. I was there this past June for a birthday trip to Key West. We stayed 1 night at the Intercontinental and that was enough of a wonderful time for me. The way Victor treated my friend and me, was more than amazing!! It probably took me these 2 months to finally try and put into words how our experience with him was. I ONLY take the time to share reviews that are truly worth it and he really is! We talked about him and his exceptional hospitality the entire trip to the Keys. If you visit and you have the pleasure to run into him, you’ll know it’s him because he’ll treat you like family.

Love this place. Mainly the outside area on the water while smoking hookah. The food is awesome and I love the drinks! Their Happy Hour is every day, but I would double check the hours. They seat you as fast as they can or even create a space for you if possible. The managers are great and their service is awesome! I also had my 30th Birthday there and enjoyed it so much! This spot is absolutely one of my favorites for fun nights with friends and family outings.

I really enjoyed this place. Food and atmosphere is great, prices are fair. Drinks are good too. The only bad part was that i called ahead asked if i needed to make a reservation they said no, i show up and had to wait to be seated because i didn’t make a reservation 😂. But overall it’s a nice place, nice view, nice waitresses. Will be back definitely!

The poblano soup is by far, hands down, best in the west!!! This is the only reason I come here, yes all else is also delicious but my go to is this soup. It’s a must! Warning, not spicy for me but I’ve been told it’s a bit spicy by others. If you’re palate is sensitive to spicy food, consider yourself warned.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! First time here and it was the WORST experience I’ve had. I came for a 12:00pm reservation for 2, we ordered as soon we saw our server. By 12:55 pm our food still did not arrive and we had to reach out to a supervisor for at least an ETA. We ordered 2 brunch eggs Benedict with skirt steak and a bacon pancakes. By the time our food arrived, our poached eggs were PASSED as if I ordered hard boiled eggs, I ordered the steak medium rare and it was more rare then anything else. The food was TOTALLY COLD and had only 2 minutes on my table. The pancakes were chunky (undercooked) and over sweet. After waiting more then an hour for our food we received it not cooked correctly and cold? This is unacceptable! We returned everything and of course I was not going to wait another hour to have my food “appropriately cooked”. I had more faith with this place, but I honestly will only share my experience to make sure no friends or family decide to visit this restaurant. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Never visiting again

“The Best Brunch Experience in Town” – Today I went to Crazy About You for Easter brunch and the place was pretty busy. For this reason, we had to wait a bit by the bar, but the wait was all worth it!!! The fried chicken with waffles was finger-lickin’ delicious; the service was excellent (we were offered blankets ’cause it got a bit chilly sitting outside and this detail made this experience so much cozier); and the view of the bay is just so amazing. I could understand why so many people recommended me Crazy About You before and why so many people chose this place to spend their Easter Sunday today. Keep up the amazing job! My friend and I had an awesome experience 🙂

I found this place on a whim as my office is nearby and wow, absolutely amazing! The servers are extremely attentive, the ambiance when you sit outside is excellent, the frozen sangria was something to rave about and the lunch menu (I had the glazed salmon) was excellent. I also ordered a side of french fries and that to me was a little salty on the palate but everyone has different taste. The view of the bay is also the highlight of this restaurant. I don’t go into the office often but I think I’ll have to treat myself to here again the next time I go in.

Great spot for some brunch. Lots of selection. They brew their own ginger beer and root beer and have all types of enjoyable juices. The food was good. The potatoes and eggs were plain. The cinnamon French toast was a little mushy and the bacon was a little over cooked. I still enjoyed it and I would go again.

I made a booking to stay at Life House Little Havana last year and had to cancel in July 2020. The company finally refunded my money in June 2021 after multiple calls, emails, and Instagram messages. I understand we are all going through a difficult time with covid and I’m glad the hotel finally refunded my money, but I won’t be booking at Little Havana or any of their properties in the future.

I came here for Mother’s Day and what an experience it was!! From the moment I got to valet the guys were super helpful with my twins and I. They held the umbrella for me to take out the kids from the car and all. Then when when I got in I was greeted with a glass of champagne. Then as my friend and kids were sat we got lucky to have the BEST WAITER IN TOWN – Justin. This guy knows his stuff. He knew exactly how to guide us with the food choices. Plus He was on top of the ball knowing exactly when to come to our table when needed something: refilling our water, bringing us more napkins when he noticed the kids had used it all, being attentive with our kids by playing with them, and never coming off overwhelming. I absolutely loved him and made it worth the money. Honestly, if you come here ask for Justin and you’ll see what I’m talking about. He is good at his job and you can tell he enjoys being attentive to his customers. The food was delicious and well cooked and our experience was ended with a little bath bomb gifted to each mom at the table from the restaurant. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I will totally come back!

Took my mom and sister here for a Mother’s Day brunch and we all had a wonderful time. Although we made a reservation, we ended up being about half an hour late but they were still able to hold our table for us after we called to let them know. The view of the water was beautiful and the food was delicious. Our pitcher of red wine sangria was also very good. My only gripe were my French toast. They come in a great portion but the taste wasn’t what I was looking for. They seemed to be fried using hush puppy or conch fritter batter and they were a lot greasier than I was hoping for, but other than that everything was great. Our server, Guillermo, was very attentive and very friendly. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone to go.

This place is so fun for a bachelorette party/girls night. The drinks were great and the food was very delicious! We went with a big group so everything was served family style.

I love this place. Great energy and atmosphere. The attention to detail is amazing. I would really recommend the sushi and the tomahawk steak. The best thing I ate though were the desserts, the coffee chocolate mousse cake and the lemon raspberry eclairs were out of this world delicious. The chefs that make the food really have a good balance of flavors in the menu. Hats off to the pastry chef especially. Best food and desserts in Miami for sure. And the vibe just takes it to another level.

Represents the dramatic changes of the mission neighborhood, once catering to people more on the fringes, now transitioning into a gentrified hipster locale.

Cool little speakeasy. You take a nondescript black staircase up to the second floor to find a small bar that takes you back in time. Their cocktails are inventive and they have a kitchen in case you’re hungry. When I went, I wasn’t really impressed by the seasonal cocktail menu, but found one drink that was pretty good. We ordered some oysters and fried polenta. The oysters were solid, but the polenta was out of this world. So warm and gooey. Amazing. The ambiance makes this a great date night spot.

Went to the New Years Eve Party and left extremely disappointed. The DJ was obviously selected because it’s all they could afford. They were playing 2005 R&B everyone was standing around just shaking their head the whole night. No one was dancing. “Open Bar” means stand in line for an hour for a cheap vodka drink. They had exactly 3 alcohols to pick from and fewer mixers. Fights were breaking out at the bar because everyone was so frustrated. For what looked to be 1000 people they had a total of 5 bar tenders in the entire place. You couldn’t see any fireworks from their roof top because it faces the wrong direction. They didn’t follow their theme for the party at all. This was the second time I had been to this club and I should have learned from the first horrible experience. Would have had more fun at the holiday inn.

Super disappointed in this place. It seriously has the best outdoor dinner atmosphere and we’ve heard great things. The second we told the waitress we were interested in Miami Spice, it’s as if we didn’t exist anymore. She honestly would not come serve us and was super rude. Took my friend 35 minutes to get one drink. She clearly wanted to attend to other tables over us. It was insane. You shouldn’t offer a Miami Spice menu if you will treat people like that when they find out about it after they have sat. The waitress was an older French woman working Saturday 8/21, hoping management sees this. I’ve been here one other time and it was super fun. Atmosphere is amazing but food could have been better and the outrageous service was the reason I felt compelled to review.

It was GREAT. I called ahead spoke to hostess (She was very Accommodating And Courteous)and made last min reservations asked few questions. We Were seated inside next to a big window With a great view of the river and the city so it felt like we were outside it was wonderful. If money is not an obstacle for you. I Guaranteed a wonderful time To be had at this Restaurant.

I was just lucky enough to visit your restaurant. Everything was put simply like the food and service were amazing. The flavors were full and delicate and delicious and in such generous portions. Every mouthful was a delight and a new experience for me. Every dish was beautifully presented, the ingredients fresher than I’ve ever had.

Great Customer Service! Unfortunately we had a family emergency and we’re not able to make the trip but Kimpton was very understanding and issued a full refund. Unlike other hotels who might insist on keeping our deposit we we’re very thankful they didn’t give us a hard time. We will definitely be staying here next time we’re in Miami! Thank you so much! Highly Recommend. ❤️

Had a really great time here. If you need towels or anything staff moves quickly. Everyone was beyond friendly. Only one hiccup with the restaurant here and they still went above and beyond to make up for it. Monica is front desk and she’s a absolutely sweet person. Rooms are very nice. An overall really great experience and good hotel hospitality. Recommend to anyone who thinking about staying here!

Reserved months in advance. At, check-in, I, found out there was a $450 incidental fee held on your credit card. Now, I familiar with hold fees, normally up to $100 and any incidentals billed to room and charged to you at Check-out. But, $450, guest were not happy with this amount being held on their credit cards at the onset of their stay. That, was some guest spending budget or close to it. I, was there for only 2 day to attend a wedding, and it didn’t stress me financially but that’s a figure that should be disclosed to guest at time of reservation, so that everyone is given an opportunity decide if it’s within there budget before they reach the front desk. Staff needs to pay better attention to detail, ordered breakfast from room service (English Muffin, Fruit plate, bacon and coffee and 2 cups water) – $65.00. When, I received my breakfast the silverware was wrapped in a napkin with dried on food stuck to it. (Picture Attached) When I got room service they had the nerve to ask if I wanted a new napkin. Yeah, ya think! Room could have been cleaned better. For money they charge, they gotta do better

We here for a date night. This restaurant is so amazing. Upon arrival they had a beautiful entrance with very a welcoming ambiance. Inside was beautiful as well. The staff was so great down to the managers. They were all VERY attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied. The drinks were great and the food was phenomenal! We are definitely going back and adding this as a place to recommend friends and family. Go here for good food, drinks and a great vibe!

Recommendation for a city restaurant! I’ve always taken my family to this cheap and delicious eatery. I was extremely happy with the service that they handled their customers so well. Food is both cool and delicious. I adored the environment since it was so refined. You deserve five stars, man! Best wishes! Best wishes!

This is nice place to come and hangout and have few drinks. Ambiance and staff are so nice and friendly. But food is absolutely doesn’t worth the price and doesn’t even taste good. Risotto was so bad we couldn’t even finish it, pasta was cold, artichokes were so not eatable they were bitter and smelly. Whole experience with food was bad, didn’t expect that. Our waiter was making sure every 5 min, are we going to leave or not? I felt like they want us to go. And lemon cake was just regular cake nothing special
