Casa Tua Cucina was conceived by the original founder of South Beach’s elegant Casa Tua Restaurant and Hotel. It celebrates Dolce Vita with new concepts. EDGE Steak & Bar
EDGE Steakhouse is a modern steakhouse located on the seventh floor of Miami Four Seasons. It is renowned for its weekend luncheons, evening cocktail and re-meetings. There is a wide selection of steaks available, including dry aged Wagyu Grass fed meat. The seafood dishes of Aaron Brooks’ chefs have been prepared with the same care and respect. Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann
Chef Francis Mallman runs this restaurant that serves cut meat kisses from fire. Start with a wood cooked Romaine Salad, wood cooked Artichokes or grilled Mediterranean Octopus before your Italian New York Strip Milano. For a fee, the Parrilladas in Los Franciscos are available which includes branzino, New York steaks, chicken chorizo morcilla and vegetables. Dessert is available in strawberry Pavlova or chocolate crumbs. Miami Spice Dinners are $60 and are offered from Sunday through Thursday. The steak house is open to visitors.

Dinner only, and the hours are 5:30pm to 11pm. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, so plan accordingly! Reservations are highly recommended, especially during high season (December through February).
Naoe
Naoe is an exceptional dining destination in Brickell Key. It is only eight seats, with an outstanding chef and no menu. In this case, guests can enjoy a “Omakase” meal that can be adapted from Japanese by respecting another’s choice of what is best. In a quiet, intimate environment, Chef Cory serves five of the top Japanese cuisine. All of our meals are prepared specifically including savoury sauces and soya. Apparently it is produced by the local Soyu brewery owned by Chef Cory and the family has produced soy sauce since 1825.
